Silene Practices the NADA protocol

What is The NADA 5 Point Method?

Auricular/ear acupuncture is both an ancient and modern practice. Its roots can be traced back to 500 B.C. China where it is described in the book ‘The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine’ and found to be practised in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Today it has been researched and updated and used extensively by modern institutions such as hospital, medical outreach centres and the military, particularly the American Army who are strong advocates.
The NADA 5 point method is a form of auricular (outer ear) acupuncture used around the world to support a number of physical and emotional well-being issues. ear acupuncture uses the concept that the ear is a microsystem that reflects the whole body thereby making most aliments treatable exclusively by the stimulation of the surface of the ear.
