The warning signs of stress

-You find yourself more irritable, less tolerant
-You burst into tears at the slightest provocation
-You are susceptible to extreme mood swings. One minute you are picking an argument, the next you draw into your shell
-You get physical symptoms such as tension in your shoulders and neck or headaches
-You are always feel tired or on the other side you are hyperactive
-Your digestive system is sluggish, you are a loss of appetite, you have cravings, indigestion
-Your sleep is disturbed or you have insomnia
-You can’t face getting out of bed
-You want people to leave you alone
– You feel depressed
-You can’t cope with life
-You have an indefinable feeling of foreboding
